We understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, in order to ensure that we manage our schedules and commitments to our other clients efficiently, we adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full rate of the photoshoot, and the amount paid will be non-refundable. This policy is in place to respect the time and effort put in by our team and to provide certainty and fairness to our scheduling commitments with all of our clients.
